Like all Alta Expresión products, this salchichón comes from the exceptional 100% Iberian breed pig, raised free-range in the Dehesas and fed on acorns and natural grasses. This natural diet and traditional farming method give the meat its incomparable texture and rich flavor.
The result is a premium Iberian cured sausage that perfectly reflects the union of tradition, craftsmanship, and quality. Serve thinly sliced to fully appreciate its delicate seasoning and exceptional taste.
Ingredients & Allergens
Lean Iberian pork, salt, spices, sugars (lactose, sucrose, dextrose), emulsifiers (disodium diphosphate, trisodium diphosphate, sodium polyphosphate, pentasodium triphosphate), milk and soy proteins, dextrin, antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid), preservative (sodium nitrite), coloring (carmine).
