Revisan’s Sobrasada Ibérica is a traditional Mallorcan-style cured sausage made with finely ground Iberian pork and sweet paprika. Its soft, spreadable texture and warm, smoky flavour make it a versatile ingredient—perfect spread on crusty bread, stirred into pasta, or used in creative tapas. A uniquely Spanish delicacy with bold character.
