Vinification

Fermented in stainless steel tanks with fine lees contact for three weeks to enhance texture and complexity. The high-altitude vineyards contribute to the wine’s crisp acidity and aromatic intensity.

Bright straw-yellow color with aromas of green apple, pear, tropical pineapple, and white flowers like jasmine. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and honeysuckle, complemented by a subtle mineral finish.
