Mont Rubi Black
Mont Rubí Black is a youthful and fruity red wine from the Penedès region, crafted from the indigenous Sumoll grape. This wine reflects Mont Rubí’s commitment to reviving native varieties, offering a fresh and expressive profile.
Vinification
Composed of 70% maceration with skins and 30% carbonic maceration. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, with three weeks of contact with fine lees to enhance texture and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Intense purple-red color with aromas of wild fruits and Murcia plum, accented by a floral note of violet. The palate is silky, fresh, and persistent, with hints of blackberries and a smooth finish.
Pairing Suggestions
