Arzúaga Blanco de Bodega is a fresh and aromatic white wine made 100% from estate-grown Albillo Mayor grapes in Olivares de Duero. Crafted with careful organic viticulture, it highlights purity, vibrancy, and the full aromatic potential of the variety.

Vinification

Grapes are hand-harvested in 10 kg boxes at optimal ripeness, carefully selected, and gently pressed to extract only the finest qualities of Albillo Mayor. After natural decanting for 15 hours, the must is fermented in concrete tanks at low temperatures (max 13ºC) for 24 days. The wine is then aged on its lees in concrete tanks, preserving freshness, texture, and aromatic intensity.

Tasting Notes

Bright, clean straw-yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and intense, offering aromas of apple, pear, and grapefruit, with subtle floral and herbal hints. On the palate, it is easy-drinking, fresh, and unctuous, with lively acidity and persistent fruit flavors that carry through the finish.

Pairing Suggestions

Pairs perfectly with seafood, fish in sauce, cured cheeses, white meats, and vegetable creams. Serve chilled at 8–12ºC.
