Le Naturel Blanco
Vinification
Made from Garnacha Blanca and other select organic grapes from vineyards in the northern D.O. Navarra, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. Grapes are hand-harvested between October 7 and the end of the month. Fermentation occurs gently at temperatures below 16ºC using natural yeasts to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. No sulfur or additives are used, allowing the true character of the grapes to shine through.
Tasting Notes
Intense straw-yellow with greenish reflections and light golden hues, the wine is bright and lively in the glass. The nose is highly expressive, offering tropical fruit, ripe stone fruits, citrus, mineral notes, and delicate white flowers, with a subtle honeyed sweetness in the finish. On the palate, vibrant acidity carries through from start to finish, balanced by a creamy texture and a gentle sweetness. The finish is slightly bitter, elegant, and persistent, revealing the wine’s depth and complexity.
Pairing Suggestions
Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, fresh seafood, light poultry dishes, salads, and creamy soft cheeses. Ideal for enjoying on its own as a fresh and lively aperitif.
