Le Naturel Pet Nat is Aroa Bodegas’ first sparkling wine, made naturally without added sulfites using the ancestral method.

Vinification

Crafted from Garnacha Blanca grapes from low-yield, organically farmed vineyards in the Yerri Valley, harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs at low temperature (16ºC), finishing naturally in the bottle without a second fermentation or disgorgement, reflecting the vineyard’s true character.

Tasting Notes

Straw-yellow with greenish reflections and delicate bubbles, showing slight cloudiness typical of the ancestral method. Aromas of pear, apple, and stone fruits mingle with subtle lees notes of brioche, cream, and honeyed complexity. The palate is fresh, full, and well-balanced, with integrated bubbles and good acidity.

Pairing Suggestions

Ideal as an aperitif or with fresh seafood, salads, and light tapas. Serve chilled at 6–8ºC.
