Los Pedroches Pasturelands are the largest expanse of holm oaks in the world, an exceptional habitat for feeding with acorns from a lineage of unique animals: 100% Iberian pigs.
With a privileged micro-climate for curing our Iberian hams, which gives them an unmistakable subtlety and personality.
Each pork ham is a unique creation stemming from the careful preparation of each piece in a unique environment with a special micro-climate designed for the curing process. In addition, the know-how passed down from generation to generation, the slow aging in our cellars and natural drying houses, where our Pork Ham Master oversees the quality process with total dedication, checking every aroma, the exact amount of salt and the optimal curing temperature.
We offer black label and
green label
products due to the feeding practices. But
always, 100% Iberian Pork Breed raised outdoors.
