A premium alcohol-removed red wine crafted from carefully selected Spanish base wines grown at altitude (>700m). Designed to preserve the complexity, structure, and character of a traditional Tempranillo, while offering a modern, alcohol-free expression.

Winemaking 

Made using mature base wines aged for 2–4 years before blending to build depth and complexity. The wine is then gently dealcoholised using a careful process that preserves aroma, structure, and mouthfeel, ensuring the final profile remains true to its vinous origins.

Tasting Notes

High aromatic intensity with dark berry fruit at the forefront, followed by layers of vanilla and toasted oak. As it opens, more complex notes of leather and tobacco emerge.

Structured and layered, showing ripe dark fruit balanced with integrated oak influence and subtle tertiary notes. Fine, polished tannins provide elegance, with a light-to-medium body that is dry, precise, and well-balanced.

Long finish, clean and defined. A savoury, vinous finish with lingering notes of leather and tobacco. Dry and composed, with the character of a classic red wine fully retained despite the absence of alcohol.

Pairing Suggestions

Pairs well with grilled red meats, slow-cooked stews, roasted vegetables, and mature cheeses. Also works beautifully with rich tapas such as Iberian ham, chorizo, and mushroom-based dishes.
