Vinification

Grapes come from old, bush-trained Monastrell vines in the high, sunny inland areas of Alicante PDO. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, the healthiest bunches are selected, gently crushed, and partially fermented under controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and primary aromas. Fermentation is halted by cooling to retain natural sugars, creating a sweet, pure, and elegant wine, which rests in tanks before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Deep cherry red with brick-red highlights, clean and bright. The nose is intense and crisp, dominated by ripe black fruits, plum jam, and subtle nutty notes. On the palate, it is fresh, flavorful, and balanced, with integrated natural sweetness. Prune and fig flavors stand out, finishing long with gentle balsamic undertones.
