Vinification

Made from 100% Trepat grapes, this Cava undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by a minimum aging period of 12 months in the cellars. The traditional method imparts complexity and finesse to the wine, highlighting the unique characteristics of the Trepat variety.

Clean and bright appearance with an attractive pink color of medium intensity and lively violet highlights. The nose is fresh and expressive, dominated by wild fruits, particularly strawberry, with a background hint of mint. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasant, with good carbonic formation and a rich, dense texture. The evolution reveals the character of the grape variety, both fresh and complex, with a pleasant aftertaste where the aromas from the nose and mouth harmoniously repeat.
