Delgado Zuleta Palo Cortado Monteagudo is a rare, complex sherry combining finesse and depth.

Vinification

Produced from Palomino grapes, aged initially under flor, then oxidatively in the solera system to develop rich nutty and spicy aromas.

Tasting Notes

Amber with complex aromas of almonds, hazelnuts, and hints of caramel. The palate is dry, medium to full-bodied, and well-balanced with a lingering finish.

Pairing Suggestions

Pairs well with nuts, cured meats, rich tapas, and aged cheeses.
