Protos Reserva

Protos Reserva is a classic Ribera del Duero red with ripe fruit, balanced oak, and elegant structure.

Vinification

Fermented from select Tempranillo grapes in stainless steel, aged 24 months in American oak barrels, and further bottle-aged to integrate flavors and enhance complexity.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby with garnet hues, revealing aromas of red berries, plum, tobacco, and subtle vanilla. The palate is smooth, full-bodied, and elegant with a persistent finish.

Pairing Suggestions

Ideal with roasted meats, grilled lamb, game, and mature cheeses.
