Sombrero de Paja is a fresh and fruity Spanish red wine, made from Garnacha Tintorera grapes grown in the Almansa region of Castilla-La Mancha.
Vinification
The wine is produced using traditional vinification methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit aromas. It is bottled without barrel aging to highlight the varietal character of Garnacha Tintorera.
Tasting Notes
Displays a bright ruby-red color with violet hues. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, with subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with soft tannins, balanced acidity, and a pleasantly fruity finish.
Pairing Suggestions
