Vinification

The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine is briefly aged on its lees to enhance texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Displays a pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, lively, and well-balanced, with a clean and mineral-driven finish.
