This exceptional Jamón Ibérico Bellota from COVAP is made from 100% purebred Ibérico pigs raised in the Dehesa woodlands and fed on a natural diet of acorns during the montanera season. Cured on the bone for over 36 months, it delivers an intense aroma, deep marbling, and a rich, nutty flavour that lingers on the palate. Its smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and complex taste are the result of traditional craftsmanship and natural curing methods passed down through generations. Each leg weighs approximately 7–8kg and is perfect for carving by hand for special occasions, tapas, or as a centrepiece for gourmet dining.
